Our advice: While in Jaffna use your own vehicle (Self Drive car Rs 5,000/- per day). Or rent a Motorcycle or Scooter if you have driving License. Their Rent price is around S6 -12 per day. You can rent bicycles on daily rental basis from Rs 100./- up to Rs 1,000/-. Or keep walking or depend on public transport while you are in Jaffna..
